      2nd LD (amazing)

Well, yesterday i had my 2nd LD. I got into the LD using the FILD technique. This was the first night trying it and it was a peice of cake! Anyway, I entered the LD in my bed. I jumped right out of my bed and ran downstairs and opened the door and ran out (why didnt i just jump through a window or something?? lol). Then, i remembered from previouse first LD, i didnt get the chance to fly, so i wanted to fly. I leaped into the air and just started kidna floating up and up, then slowly down. I had no control with flying. But then i remembered a technique from DV and tried it, and it worked. Flying was AMAZING. I could feal the wind on my face and got butterflys in my stomach like you would in real life..amazing sinsations. After that i saw two DC's that were people from my school. They didnt realy want to talk to me. I then woke up. This was an amazing experience and has realy gotten my confidence up. I think this is going to be the technique for me. I would recommend everyone who hasnt already tried out the FILD technique definately should!

Congratulations on the great LD! I still haven't really flown that much in my dreams, I need to get to that. How vivid was the dream?

First off thanks for replying! The vividnes was 100%. I never needed to increase the clarity/vividness once. Though, my controll could have been much better. It was amazing to feel those sinsations.

      Sounds cool.

Im not much of a lucid dreamer, but i fly in my dreams all the time.
A lot of the time, I dont even become lucid when i fly XD

Also my dream vividness is pretty much nil, i dont get as much sleep as a should, but im correcting that.

Nice job! I have had four lds all DILD and I have tried FILD a few times with no success. I want to suceed at FILD becuase ive heard they are more vivid than DILDs. How to you personally do your FILDs?
      Total LD's: 5 (4 DILD, 0 WILD, 1 MILD,
      0 FILD)

thanks guys. Ok quicksilver, heres how i did my FILD.

      1. Wake up during your REM period (mine was about 6 hours after i fell asleep)
      2. try not to move. small movement is ok, but your trying to stay sleepy
      3. close your eyes, and start barely moving your index and middle finger back and forth (relaxed)
      4. after 20 seconds -1 min of moving your fingers, do a nose RC. If you can breathe thru your nose, your dreaming.
      5. Dont physicaly open your eyes. imagine them opening, and they will. (mine took about 7 seconds to open lol)
      6. Enjoy your LD

Good luck and i hope this little guide helps =)
