      lucid but stupid

I just had to share this expreience with you guys. It was too funny.

THis morning I attempted a WBTB, even though I felt I had a bit too much sleep. Well, I fell asleep after a bit, and kept checking if I was dreaming, and somehow not managed to catch it. First, I thought "Wait! Im dreaming!" and started to walk around the house and I dont know why, I somehow thought,"Oh, I was wrong." So I layed down on the couch(that doesnt exist in this house!) and tried to get into an LD.....so I managed to get into another dream where I was on the computer and I thought, "Wait!, Im dreaming!" and I got up off the computer and then thouhgt"No, Im not, but I better get to bed and try again..." I feel completely retarded Especially since its been 3 nights in a row with no LD's! I usually keep em coming every other day.....god I feel so stupid.I can't even explain why I had the notion that I wasn't dreaming after clearly realizing it....twice!

LOL!!! Oh man that's so funny!!

How about not taking any supplements for a couple of days? Maybe your nervous system just needs a little break.

Nah I've taken that much before. I wonder how much you can take without seriously damaging yourself.. cuz that'd be a cool experiment!...

      ..Or would it?

Would energy drinks like Red Bull and SoBe Adrenaline Rush or Mountain Dew Amp work for WBTB's?

Ive read that B6, even in extremely high doeses is not toxic, but long term abuse can do damage. So dont get hooked on 200mg a night and youll probably be fine.

And Bornslip, WBTB is when you wake up after 5 hours of sleep, stay up for 60-90 minutes then go back to sleep. It makes getting lucid much easier. Also its important to spend that time awake doing dream orientated activities. I like to wake up and immediately write down in my dream journal what has happened, and spend my time reading my journal, and maybe reading over induction techniques. Even though Ive totally figured out how to do the WBTB, its good to think about it over and over. And when I go to sleep, I either think of my last dream, or just imagine walking around a dreamscape, and constantly reinforcing the thought "I am dreaming. I am having a lucid dream! I am dreaming" Almsot all of the time, If I do all of this, I enter a dream lucidly(WILD) or get lucid very soon after.

I never had much luck with B6 it just tended to make my dreams go realy realy crazy. Might be good to give it a break and see what the effects are.

IIRC 200mg is safe as long as you dont do it all the time.
