Yay, 2nd lucid dream!

This last one was great, I had alot of time to try so many things. Although the only thing that I really was able to get to on my list was flying. The rest was mainly just walking around in my dreaming world, which was pretty fun enough, with all of the interesting stuff happen to people!

I can't really determine how I figured I might be dreaming though, I remember being in a small bathroom and I was really excited for some reason, so I did a reality check and that was it. Just after that I felt like I was about to wake up, so I did that spinning thing and it worked out great.

What I really liked about it was that it lasted around 2 hours

2 hours? That is fairly impressive! Especially in only your second lucid dream!! I have had many lucid dreams over the years and I don't think the longest would have lasted more than 15 minutes. How did you manage to remain aware of the dream for such a long time? I usually find that after 10 minutes I've slipped back into a normal dream.

Has anyone else here had a lucid dream that lasted for 2 hours?

Ive had LD's last an hour, and I quite often have LD's that last more than 15 minutes, but then again, time is so ditorted in dreams that when i say how long It felt like, it's pretty rough. Time just doens't seem to bbe the same in dreams. Ive only been getting LD's frequently for a few weeks now, but I get quite a bit, and Id say a 5 minute LD is on the small side. But 2 hours Ive never done. I know people have said on DV that theyve been in dremland for 2 weeks, but I dont know. I think its kinda like when you watch a movie. Days, months, and years can take place in the movie, but the hwole movie only lasts 2 hours. Becaue if I spent actually 2 weeks in a dream, it would be life changing and I wouldnt stop talkign about it.

Well, the dream seemed like 2 hours, and my lucidity became rather low at points, I also woke up with the feeling that maybe it wasn't lucid after all, but I'm positive I had at least some lucidity

Awesome, congrats on your lucid!

Yep dreams can seem longer then they actually last. The longest one I've had seemed to last a week, but in reality probably was only a hour or so.

2 hours, man my longest one must have been 5 minutes, and I've had 12, my last one today was pretty cool, it might just feel like 2 hours though, one of the things I notice when I am LDing is little details don't even happen, so things that should take 30 seconds happen almost instantly because little insignificant parts are cut out. It seems like, I do it, I try and remind myself I'm dreaming, then I am seeing all of it, and I don't even realize its over till I notice the blackness (my eyes don't open after an ld which is helpful because I can go into another one quite quickly).
