1st LD!!! YAY!!!

im really happy right now. i was starting 2 get desperate and wonder if i would ever have an LD... but last night i had a DILD!!!
i am really happy. here's wut happened:

i saw a clear sky. "ur dreaming" i told myself. i got really excited and almost woke up but i calmed myself down. everything went blurry since i was so close to waking up. suddenly i saw a dragon in the sky and i told myself to try to fly to it because i could and it would probably be fun. but right before i started flying i got really excited again and woke up.

i dont care that i woke up that early though. im just happy i had an LD!!!

Congrats on the lucidity and now that you've already experienced it, it should be a bit easier for you to stay calm and start to remain in the dream a little longer.

Hope you catch that dragon next time.

dreamhope, I'm glad that you got your lucid before desperation totally set in and sabotaged your efforts! How cool that on your first LD you remembered to calm yourself and saw a dragon!

holy *BEEP* nice dream of course mine was longer but you SAW A DRAGON!! I would love an LD with me either a dragon or just riding one but man thats cool.

Awesome! Hold onto that feeling of becoming lucid. Try to remember that feeling so you can recreate it when you are visualizing your goal and doing reality checks.
