hey, i just found this place, think i'll hang around for a while Anyways, i have barely ever had lucid dreams, never really tried yet, but i do remember one I had a year or two ago: I was standing in the middle of a huge room, i mean HUGE, miles wide. The walls were partly rusted steel it looked like. There was a ancient looking square metal table in front of me, the wide dimension perpendicular to my line of vision. I suddenly realized it was a dream out of pure luck mostly. Anyways, I decided to do what I had always wanted to do and took off flying. Since this roomwas so big i could go a couple hundred feet in the air. Then I remembered all the articles and such I had read on how lights dont properly function, and I looked up and noticed that even though the were no lights, there was light coming from all over the ceiling. I trieed to mentally turn them off, to see if i could, and ended up waking myself up Im hoping to get mroe in the future, ill start doing a dream journal next time i sleep.

try the wake back to bed method, its not the only way to become lucid btw, there are many other methods that vary
