My first LD! kind of... with some creepy stuff thrown in...

The other night, I had my first LD. I had been lying in bed for 20 minutes at 3:00 in the morning because I had needed to pee, and I noticed that I was dreaming. For some reason, I had a feeling that I was dreaming, and I tested it by holding my nose and breathing, and hey, I could. Then, I woke up. But I was in some other bed (not mine) and I panicked for several seconds. I then did the nose test again and realised i was still dreaming. I walked outside and flew around a city (a creepy, ghost version of New York), which was actually really fun. Then, I lost control. I was in a room, and my sister was yelling at me for doing drugs (I have never done drugs, btw). I still knew it was a dream, but I could not wake myself up or take control. Anyone know what to do here? I wanted to try spinning, but I could not move.

It's a confidence thing. Some FAs can be pretty unnerving, and they can throw your whole perspective off. You just have to know that no matter how many FAs you have or where you wake up, it's all a dream. More importantly, it's YOUR dream, and you can do whatever you want. Also, with your sis yelling at you.. DCs have a habit of distracting you from your confidence and awareness sometimes.

I had the exact same thing happen just a few nights ago.. freaked me out! But I really hope I get another one just like that, because it was extremely vivid.
