By losing lucidity, do you mean that you are waking up, or are you falling back into the dream?

If you are waking up, perhaps it is because you are getting too excited in your LD. To fix this, try to stay as calm as you possibly can. You can also try spinning, this usually stabalizes the dream. With your eyes open, spread out your arms and spin like a wheel. It is not enough to just image that you are spinning, you must do it and do it with your eyes open.

Now, if you are losing lucidity, it might be because you are too tired. I've noticed that a lot. It kind of feels like you are sleepy or tired in your lucid dream. If this is what you are experiencing, try to get to bed a little earlier or introduce more physical activity into your day.
