      Lucid Dream, So Scared

      hello,

      I once had this dream during college years when i had a sleepover my friend's house.

      I slept on their double-bed(those 2 storey beds), i was on top. here is how my dream goes.

      I woke up. the room was dark. i could only visualized the room in my head because the layout of the room was familiar to me. climbed down the bed. i reached out the knob of the door. went out the living room. i saw my friends watching tv. the ambience was a gloomy afternoon. after a few moments, i woke up again. and it happened over and over again for some number of times.

      and when i was awaken for real, i hurried out to the living room. scared and don't want to be left alone.

      Perhaps the loop of flase awakenings. I can see how never feeling like you can wake up from a dream can be freightening, expecially in a gloomy setting.

      maybe because almost all of us (me and my friends) had already have strange experiences in that house.

      and maybe because i thought i would never wake up again.

      Do I detect sarcasm? I was just using the information you posted to try to answer AlexLou's question. Also, I said that I can see where fear can come from a loop of false awakenings.

      If you fight it, it will keep happening, in my experience. Just get up and go somewhere else and do something interesting if you can move (if not and you're having chain FA's, then try closing your eyes for 10 seconds. Doesn't always work, but usually does).

      I don't think that was sarcasm. Sarcasm would imply that she would repeat something that she had already said or you said. She was just answering your question.
