Thread: could LD when i was young, but dont anymore.

hey i was wondering if this happened to anyone else and if its easy to go back to LD since u've done it before. when i was young i could recognize a dream so fast and i would just do what i wanted. but not anymore.

It happens to more people than people realize. Children have the awesome power of imagination, and can rememebr things so perfectly, as if they were there, and often ahvce lucid dreams, but a lot of it gets beaten out of most people as they get older. Sicne none of it is talked about in our society. But some hold onto all of these things, and there theres some of em like me who are workin on getting all these things back. Slowly but surely Im learning what I already knew.

yea im gunna have to learn what i already knew. tonight i will try to LD. i will tell ya if im succesful

And its really cruel to not inform about Lucid Dreaming in society. It should be a human right
One day when i was a very little kid, i remember thinking for myself, when looking up for the sky "What if i could have an playground inside myself"... i never got this accepted, and had to live on the way grown up wanted me to. But now i now! and i want to tell everybody around me about it. But it still feels like a taboo. But i will inform!

I had this ability also when I was younger. I was unable to understand what it was and if it was okay for me to have such an ability so I shunned it. Mostly because it seemed to come through in nightmares I wanted to escape and I said "NO!" and woke myself up. Although that does bring up an interesting dream with a 'wheel of fortune' theme where I was the arrow and the 'prizes' were scenarios. Ah well, off topic. Anyway, yes, I'm relearning now.

you know whats strange? when i was little i could see the future in my dreams.. (i'm not shittin ya) and it'd happen next day...freaked me out.. a lot and i could LD when i was little. now i'm 16, and i cannot LD..trying to relearn what i already knew, and ive been gettin forsights of the future in my dreams again like 2 days ago, i dreamed i would be four wheeling somewheres..maybe my girlfriends..next day it happened... scarey huh? would that be considered psyhic power or something?

yea thats weird maybe just a coincidence, do u fourwheeling alot or wat? but ive had that before to, just little things like seeing a part of my town when im awake and i remember having a dream with me being in that place of the town. stuff liek that
