To start off, I'm a beginner to this site, but I've been aware of the concept for quite awhile and have had a few LD's.

(Richard Feynman's "Surely you're joking Mr. Feynman!" was where I first heard of it, and then later on in the movie "Waking Life.")

The most vivid dream I remember was this one:

I was walking along a railroad track with somefriends when I realised I need to take a leak. We were approaching a warehouse looking building that had a large garage like opening, so I left them behind to see if I could use the restroom.

The facility inside quite large and mainly consisted of men pouring molten iron into containers for forming, and other men carrying large iron pieces around. I'm bare foot.

I ask a fellow where the restroom's at and he points out a door. I head over to the door and walk in. The is a darker greyish blue color. I lock the door behind me. I don't recall actually taking a leak (probably a good thing!!) but when I was washing my hands, I notice a bright white comforter with choo-choo trains on it, crumped in the corner by the sink.

At this point I became lucid. I realized that this blanket is my childhood bed cover, and stays in my mothers finished basement with some other blankets because it's so cold down there. I thought to myself, I must be dreaming, OK remain calm.

Then I thought, well if I can do anything I would like to do, I'd visit my sister who is a ski instructor at a ski resort. Keep in mind its summer, and summer there as well. I decided that when I opened the door, I would be there, and indeed I was. Snow and all. My sister greeted me as I walked out the door and we walked up a snowy hill to the lodge (which was not what the lodge really looks like.) We were talking but I can't remember what about.

I remember being excited that it worked, but then I was so glad to see my sister and be at the moutain which is a very calming and peacefull place for me that I forgot I was dreaming and that's all I remember.

I probably woke up and went to take a leak!
