Hi, Mystery. Welcome to Dreamviews. |

I'm only sixteen but for about a year now i've been able to control my dreams - not very well at all. Believe me or not but my doctor told me to try lucid dreaming to control my bladder (weak bladder=wet bed...lets not get into that). So i did and it worked. I could wake myself up from my dreams so i could go to the bathroom...embaressing yes. It first started small like i could turn on the room light and most of the time it was blurry. But now i can practically do what i want to do in my dreams. Its sort of nice knowing there is somewhere were things always go your way. I'm still young, i know, but i'm so happy i can do that. I wonder how normal it is to do it at a young age. Any one? |

Wow that is awesome to hear a therapeutic use of lucid dreaming that was successful! I had my first lucid when I was 16, but I was never able to have them again until recently, so it's been about 3 years. Your doctor sounds awesome, too! |

Thats great, my doctor looked at me like I was on acid when I asked him about LDs. Good to know that LDs are becoming more widely recognized by those in the medical field. Anywho, I would love to know some of your techniques, please post 'em. |
