My first lucid dreams! 5+ in one night!!!!

Last night was my first night successfully having lucid dreams and it was amazing! I was able to jump into space (not fly, that was too hard). I also remember running through a park and everyone in the park was Tony Little, the gazelle guy. The reason I think i had at least 5 lucid dreams was because whenever my dream would end everything would be black but i would still be concious. Then i just told myself to wait until the next dream started and I was fully concious once it started. They also all started as false awakenings in the bed where I live. I knew immediately that it was a dream because I was not at home last night.

Just wondering if anyone else has had such amazing success on thier first LD? Also, I had trouble with dream control. I tried to make britney spears appear but 2 people dressed in garbage bags appeared. Any help is appreciated!

That's pretty impressive for a first time. Most people only manage one LD that lasts a few seconds.

People in garbage bags huh? I guess you WERE disappointed.

Just keep practicing, control will improve with time.

Yesterday in my lucid dream I tried yelling stop real time now and I was in my backyard flying above my grass. I saw red digital numbers appear on the grass that represented a particular time.

The closest I have come to freezing time is when I yelled stop real time now and then I saw time fluctuate in a particular small range of numbers. It was a 2 minute interval that it kept fluctuating between.

I read Exploring the world of Lucid Dreaming by LeBerge and countless articles on this website and others. This is why I think I had so many. I knew to yell out "Lucidity now!" and "I am dreaming" over and over to keep it going. I think this is why I was so successful. Knowledge is power!
