Ok, I have tried telling myself "I am going to bed" and then normal say when I am sure I am up "I am awake". This work for a while but I got tried of it so I tried to image myself failing out of bed this also worked but is time consuming. I tried the alarm clock and phone both were just annoying as I tend to set snooze way to often on such devices. I wish there was an easier way for me to realize I am dreaming. I guess I just have to choose a method that works, stick to it and hope for the best. I just hope I regain the ability to remember my dreams soon. |
