Were you able to move? If you weren't, you were in full sleep paralysis. If you were, it was only partial. It's possible to experience OBE/hallucinations when only in partial SP. |

Was This FULL Spleep Paralysis ?
Hey Guys,
I've been trying for months to get into FULL Sleep Paralysis, but I only ever got parial. However, this morning, I think I got FULL.
I heard bags rustling in my right ear, and then a german voice, but as this was happening I felt as though I was floating around the room.
This is the 1st time I've heard anything or felt any proper strangeness. Do you think It was in FULL SP this morning?
