Thread: LD/OBE/AP? Very strange either way..

This morning I experienced something I've never done before. I'm gonna try to explain it now

As usual, I was very tired in the morning, but I decided to take the oppurtunity and go for a WILD! After maybe five minutes or so, it felt like my body began to shake, and I got this buzzing sound in my ears. That's normal for WILDs but here comes the special part.
I suddenly felt my body begin floating in the air, up from the bed and around in the room! It felt so extremely realistic, and somehow I opened, like e third eye, or something (I could still open my real eyes and just laying in bed) cuz it wasn't my physical eyes, which I could also open. When I looked with this "third eye" I could follow this flying body! And what I saw was my room and extremely sharp. After maybe 20 secs I returned to my physical body and rose up from bed. Schocked!

sounds like an oobe or ap, i have had a similar thing except i was rotating 360 degrees like a fan propellors. Then i exited out of my body.

This morning I was nearly having a OBE/AP. I was laying in bed, couldn't move and heard this thing in my ear. But I really couldn't exit my physical body. I thought of a technique I've heard and tried to float up towards the ceiling, really tried to imagine it, but my astral body just wouldn't move! :/

Congratulations sounds like an AP. Did you hear a click or see a flash of light when you returned to your body?

When I returned to my body, I didn't hear anything and I can't remember seeing a flash or anything, although it might be possible, that exactly moment is a little fussy for me. What I do remember is that it felt like a shockwave through my body, not that dramatically, but at least small electric shocks or whatever, then I opened my eyes and were back in the real world again.

Xisdence: A couple days ago I had a similar experience. I felt very strong vibrations and slowly lifted up and my body felt as light as a feather. I explained to a couple people my experience and that I saw a flash of light as I entered my physical body, but no one said anything about the flash of light. Is that a strong indication that I was having an AP or OBE? If so, how can I do this again? It sorta freaked me out at first but now I'd like to try it
