Bad Lucid Dream or WILD ( im not sure)

Well im not if I was even Lucid , because I was laying in my bed trying to WILD. So before , I knew it I couldnt move , After that I seen this woman walk into my room and it look like she was trying to kill me or poccesed me. I really wasnt sure , so I was screaming for someone to help but it seems no one could hear me and I was numb. So basically a minute or 2 later I was able to move. Was this sleep Paralysis or A bad lucid dream?? Post back on whatever you think it was .
