      Bad Lucid Dream or WILD ( im not sure)

      Well im not if I was even Lucid , because I was laying in my bed trying to WILD. So before , I knew it I couldnt move , After that I seen this woman walk into my room and it look like she was trying to kill me or poccesed me. I really wasnt sure , so I was screaming for someone to help but it seems no one could hear me and I was numb. So basically a minute or 2 later I was able to move.

      Was this sleep Paralysis or A bad lucid dream?? Post back on whatever you think it was .

      It sounds like sleep paralysis, though I've never experienced it myself (except for a few seconds after waking up sometimes). You might have been experiencing a hypnagogic hallucination, and I've seen several people post that you can turn that into a lucid dream if you stay calm.

      probably sleep paralysis because you were probably at the stage where you were imagining things.
