While I was in a lucid dream the other night, I went through a mirror. I ended up in another scene, which was expected. Shortly after exploring this new scene, I had a False Awakening. I caught it, though, after I realized that my light wouldn't turn on. I went to the mirror in my bathroom and climbed through it. What happened then was I really woke up at around 3:00 AM. It wasn't a slow wake up, it was very abrupt. I even hit my head on the ceiling of where I was really sleeping. (Camping in a trailer.)

Has going through mirrors caused False Awakenings or real awakenings for anyone here?

More specifically, has anyone gone through a mirror in a False Awakening and woken up?

Not to ramble on more this late at night, but my thinking is that false awakening enviroments are much more fragile dream worlds than normal ones that they are very close to a waking state is...
A false awakening always means for me that being awake is always around the corner, and I'm one scene change away from a bump on my head .
