Thread: My strange lucid dream mirror experience

So last night I became lucid in my dream, and it was quite real, and I felt like I had total control over my body and actions. I started walking around a corner, and got an urge to look at myself in a mirror. I start turning the corner and say "I need a mirror," lo and behold, there's one on the wall. I look at the mirror, and it's quite strange what I see. The mirror is shaped like this:



In the small trapezoid shaped parts on the ends, I see myself almost exactly as I am. I'm a tall, white guy with shaggy hair. In the center of the mirror however, I'm a short, bald, black guy with a mask on like the Joker's cronies in The Dark Knight.



I take the mask off and my face is all distorted and grotesque. I look back in the trapezoid parts, and there's plain old me. I look back in the center, distorted black me.

Felt like sharing that with you all, I thought it was pretty funny, though somewhat disturbing.
