OH SHIT!!! please read

I almost WILD i was very close i put on some lucid music and used my earphones then started imagine me runnng around in the house. Then after a while my heart started beating really fast oh yeah then i started like shaking i got dizzy then my breathing felt really weird. I heard some girly voice saying "on and on" something like that. But i was thinking no i can't do this im not experienced i have no clue what to do from here that's why i quit. Please help me it almost feels like i can WILD whenever i want to but the problem is it's a scary feeling. But i guess when you get used to it it's no longer a problem it felt like a hangover kind of lol i need some support so i can feel safe .

Well i just got here today, but ive been LDing a long time and I can tell you the first time was scary, but i just went ahead and did what i wanted to do. I dont understand why everyone here keeps saying theyre afraid to LD because they have no experience. How will you have any if you dont try something. First thing i ever did was float straight up...through the ceiling as tho i was a ghost and straight through the roof. First i passed through the attic tho, but eventually there i was floating outside above the roof of my house. The view was incredible and looked exactly like my neighborhood. Then I just took off flying all through the sky.....with no experience at all!! I woke up fast by accident the first couple of lds but over time ive learned to stay in the lds a lot longer and i can usually do whatever i wanted to do. You should...Just fly around and land on things or fly into other buildings, or just fly over the land. I didnt let any fear stop me! I didnt even walk until i had already LDed many times. Id say, try floating your body around the room or something.

the feeling of lucid dreaming is amazing i love it, what i am scare of is those OBE.. i dont want anything to do with those!!

It's a dream-not life-Im just more curious about what I can see- but just recently had a scary thing- I just startled myself out of it....if I ever found i couldnt wake myself it might be scarier....like a salvia trip *shudder*
