      :)

as far as nightmares go i have them frequently but i always turn them arround really quick b/4 nething crazy happens. i think ive faught more things in my sleep than and hero in any movie LOL i have a certain form i take when things go bad and maybe if your having trouble with bad dreams , you can (b4 u go to sleep) concentrate on yourself and your normal physical body and abilities.. and then imagine what it would have taken to turn the dream arround (i.e. kill the monster, get away) picture yourself as you see fit to acomplish these.. the simpler the better b/c the transition seems to go alot faster .

myself . im 6'4 and fairly muscular and i have big hands as a noticeable fature so i use these things to take form if i have to fight something i exagetate them slightly and add some strength and mobility along with that and my hands usually end up being the main weapon b/c thats how i would have it if i could so i can use them well in a dream.

thats just how ive done it so maybe its just me but i hope it helps you =D

Meh... The head popping thing happens. It really sucks, but don't worry about it.

I've had stupid stuff like that happen in LD's, like a monster coming after me that I just randomly thought about at that moment. Really annoying. Just remember though that its only a dream, and you can end the existence of things very quickly by turning your back to it and ignoring it (or at least that works for me).
