      Lucid Dreaming maybe?

Hey, Im new to this website.
My name is Ashley and I thought I'd share some of my experiences with all of you, I've never talked about this to any one else.

I have crazy dreams everynight, mostly terrifying ones.
I think It all first started when one night I was falling asleep, and my whole body felt like it fell asleep, (How it feels when your foot falls asleep). It felt like needles going in every part of my body, then I couldnt open my eyes, when I finally was able to open them (just a little bit) I seen my room, looked just as how it does, although there were dead, pale/blue people standing ALL around my bed. at the bottom, and sides. Then while Im in the dream, I know im in it, Im freaking out, wanting to wake up. When i finally do wake up, I stay up for about 1 minute (not really scared) and fall back asleep and go right back into the same dream.

After this happening so many time I find that when I wake up, I have to immediatley move a little bit, so I wont go back into the dream. But everytime I can only stay up for a minute before falling back asleep.

I don't normally have these types of dreams anymore like i use too. They were horrible, and Id always go into that pain before it all happend. And id always want out of them, and I remember that pain, and that feeling knowing that im about to go into a scary dream, not fun.

I still continously have scary dreams, all of them take place in my house. I remember one time falling asleep on my sisters floor, and I woke up in the dream, I walked out of her room, into my hallway and right there stood a tall man, he was in my way, he didnt move, we just stood there and i knew i was in the dream, but then again i didnt know i was in the dream. wierd, i know. then my father called my name to wake me up for school, and i was out of it.

Just the other night I had a dream (I knew I was in it, but no pain before the dream), I walked downstairs into my front room, (I was confused if this was another dream, or I was actually awake), all the lights were off so I went to turn on my stand up light in the front room, and It wouldnt come on, I started getting freaked out and hitting the switch over and over. I then woke up, thinking I was awake from the dream, But I wasnt. That repeated about 2 times, then I finally woke up.

Sometime last year was the scariest dream, But It didnt feel like a dream, but Im sure it was. I was in my old room laying on my bed watching TV (Then I must of lightly dosed off) and my room was the same, my tv was on, the same movie was on, and I looked down looking at my huge mirrior that was leaning on the wall on the floor, and I seen a man crouched down at the end of my bed, This may sound funny, but he looked like he came from a jungle, I can remember this detail to detail. So I stared at it, next thing I know I see him jump, Then Im awoken from my dream from "him" Jumping on my back full force, I looked nothing was there. I know I was really up when I felt someone or something jumping on my back. there was no cat, no dog, no nothing there. Its just the hardest thing to explain. It felt the size of an adult human, id say "pouncing" on my back. That was the craziest thing, and within a minute I was back to sleep.

I will deffinatley get back to this and add more, leave me messages.
      Thanks.

Wow, those sound really scary. It seems to me you have a nack at randomly performing a form of WILD. (Going streight from wakeness to a dream while keeping your mind awake) Remember this; if you KNOW you are dreaming then you will be able to control the dream and everything that happens. (well, this actually depends on certain factors, to put simply, if you BELIEVE you can control something in the dream, then you can) Next time you have a scary dream like that, try taking control, don't let fear take over you. Also, if you are not sure you are in a dream try a reality check! (if you don't know what that is, it is a test that should succede in real life but fail while in a dream telling you for SURE you are in a dream) here are a few:
      1. Poke your finger through the palm of your hand.
      2. Plug your nose and try breathing in. (if you are in a dream, you will have no trouble breathing)
      3. Count your fingers, usually in a dream you have 6.

Anyway, good luck with your dreams! They sound scary, but also they could be great opertunities!

Yeah I have had experiences like that. Do RE checks often during the day so in your dreams you do the same. It sounds like SP to me....read up on it if you do not understand the phrase. Peace....
