I guess that one was cool even though I didn't reach my goal of outer space. Another time I decided I would fly a jet, and the moment I spawned a jet a whole bunch of soldiers also appeared, and they tried to shoot me whenever I went near the jet. I did end up beating the all up, but by the time I had finished with them I had forgotten about my goal. AND another time I flew up the the sky, but it was like it was a ceiling with stars painted on it. The only thing I could do was create a portal on the ceiling, but I couldn't get it to take me anywhere I wanted. I always just ended up in some strange town.. I don't know maybe I'm just not supposed to go to outer space but I really want to! Any tips anyone?
I like to think of myself as a pretty accomplished lucid dreamer, but I have NEVER (as far as I can remember at this time) made it from Earth to space, while lucid. Actually, it pisses me off. LOL. I've tried numerous times, and something always happens to keep me from getting there. Either there is an invisible ceiling, I become unable to increase altitude, or whatever. One time, some mystery guy came out of nowhere and stopped me from flying to the sun to complete one of the tasks of the month, and we got into a mid-air fight, DBZ style.
It's the one thing I continuously fail at.

Yeah, that's what I figured. Your mind is trying to work out the "step by step" details of what it would be like to travel to space, and it often can't, so the experience receives a "glitch," that keeps it from actually accomplishing the feat. I've thought about trying to teleport myself, but I really want to get over the "barrier" thing and just fly from the ground up.
On a slightly related note: I feel that that concept has a lot to do with why so many people have trouble turning on lights and such in dreams. Your mind has to, at a moment's notice, try mapping out what is now a dark room, and be prepared to show it to you in full detail when you flip the switch. It's a lot to process at once, and sometimes it doesn't work out, as with trying to fly into space.
