I have had a few lucids (ever since i was about 8) and i never really put too much thought to them(not that i don't like them), but recently i decided to look up on them over the inter-web. after looking around for sites on the matter (and some porn 8) ) i found that usually they are not in the 3rd person(from a veiw from behind, like a video game), and all of my lucids are like that. wont some one help me as how to stop them or if they are normal!!!??? |

Cipreses, agua estancada
Chopos, agua cristalina
Mimbre, agua profunda
Corazon, agua de pupila
Regalecus Ibn Je33ica (hi mum, im a grownup now!!)
I’ve also had a lot of lucid dreams since a young age. Nearly all before I even knew what they were and from what perspective they were supposed to be viewed. They have always been in 1st person as though it’s me actually there. |

I have ld's in 1st person, 3rd person, 2nd person, 4th person- you name it! I don't mind, it gives me the opportunity to view scenarios in a whole new perspective. |

It's only beyond the gate that we realize what our dreams really are . . .
LDers can do anything, you could even be two people and talk to yourself - so I don't think its at all weird. |
|
I've had some of those where I'm watching myself in a dream. Actually I see them (the dreams) like if I were in a movie and I am watching myself in the movie. I sometimes prefer these cause it's like a choose-your-own-adventure interactive movie. |

Can you be sure it was 3rd person at the time? Or was it maybe a case of where it was in the 1st person, but looking back, it appears in the 3rd person? Similar to memories of waking life; for example, remembering something you did yesterday or last week, even though really it occurred in 1st person, looking back it often will take the appearance of happening in 3rd person (which arguably is the correct appearance and the way one would expect to remember it). |

Insanity is the new avant-garde.
most of mine are in 1st person (I can control my self in Lucid dreams) but I'm viewing my self from behind, and above. Some times, mostly when I'm flying, it goes into 1st person view. |
|
WELL THE THING IS THAT I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY DREAMS IN MY PERSPECTIVE (1ST PERSON), BUT IDO LIKE THE IDEA THAT THEY ARE ACTUALLY HOW THEY SHOULD BE BUT IM JUST REMEMBERING IT ODDLY |

you know what's weird? Everybody here joined in august 2004. |
