      First LD!

Ok, so I've been try to LD for a month. Iv been doing reality checks and have been trying to WILD almost everyday, with no luck. Then last night in the middle of a dream, I realize im dreaming. And the weird thing was that I didn't do a reality check or anything, I just knew I was for some reason. Anyways, when I became lucid I was at the edge of a canyon and decided it would be a good idea to jump off, even though i was scared to(which was stupid cause kept telling myself I was dreaming and couldn't get hurt). So I jumped off and flew for about 5 seconds till the dream started to fade. I tried rubbing my hands together but for some reason I couldn't move my arms to well, so I ended up waking up. I was wondering if anyone can tell me why my arms wouldn't move right, and why i couldn't really control them?

It's pretty common to have no control your first few LDs. You are lucky to have enough mind to realize you are dreaming and tell yourself that. Hell, you are lucky you didn't just wake up! Don't worry. They will get better once you get more experience.

By far, Mothra (in all of it's forms) is the worst kaiju of all time.

Exactly. As you go along each lucid is more controllable than the last. Just remember to write down every dream you have in the morning and to read through your DJ at least once a week if you have time. You don't really need to read through it, but it helped me tons!
