Thread: I had my first lucid dream last night

Or rather this morning.

I got out of bed and as soon as I was standing I knew I was dreaming, no idea why. I was surprised because I've always been the one who doesn't see the hidden picture, doesn't look out the window till the deer is gone, misses the northern lights, etc. So I looked at my hands and they were blurred. I hit the light switch and the corner of my window lit up like a tiny far off star. I got excited. I've always wanted to fly in a dream, so I jumped. I moved up and down slowly. I jumped again and went a bit higher. I somehow knew this would not work so I just stood and pretended I was floating up. Slowly, I did just that. Once about a foot in the air my mother woke me up. I was way tired after it. Almost fell asleep in second period.
