      my very first lucid!!

      just had it.

It was rather bizarre. I went to bed after a short nap for a few hours (unintentional) and laid down thinking "it'd pretty darn awesome to have a lucid dream" and went to sleep with my music on (that i heard in my dream.)

The next thing I know, I'm standing in the middle of darkness. I decide I want a change of scenery and suddenly a city appears around me and I'm ontop of a small tower.

I get up and start flying around a little bit, feeling that my dream is kinda-ending, I rub my hands and it keeps going on. I try to use my "powers" and try to change the star wars-esque city into Paris, France. nothing happens. I land on a building and also try to make objects appear, nothing again.

For some reason, after this point Instead of flying around and having a good time, I get angry and decide to end the dream immediately >_>"

It wasn't too vivid and realistic. But it was alright.

I'm pretty darn excited though. This is my first time having an LD since knowing about them.

I would suggest making a dream journal.

Congratulations on your first LD! I bet now you feel a little bit more confident in yourself. And yes, a dream journal is a MUST. It improves recall by a huge amount. Just think, what if you had a awesome lucid dream, but forgot it in the morning! If you keep a dream journal, and your recall goes up, you won't have that problem.

This could help. I'm looking for people to test it.
