      lucid dreaming`

      Hi everyone

I keep dreaming that i am able to fly , but sometimes i have difficulty in taking off and landing, but while i am airbourne i seem to be in control of the flying sequence.
I also dream that i have magic powers (too much watching charmed maybe). These powers seem to be in my control i seem to be able t throw energy balls from my hands and also conjure anything that is asked of me.
Last night i dreamed that i was watching three sisters getting dressed in there garden, and i wanted a better view, so i flew over the roof and got behind a wall in the yard so they could'nt see me. but anyway one of them walked my way and saw me, and they asked me what i was doing, so i told them that i was there to fulfill there dream of flying and took them each on a flying trip, which was in my full control.
Then suddenly i watching one of the girls have a baby and she told me that she felt very ill, so i put my hand over her forhead and made like a zapping sound , and she was healed. after that i woke up...
I dont think i have learned full control of my dreams as yet, but i'm getting there.

      Hey barry - welcome
You don't by any chance have mild asthma?
Someone mentioned a theory that asthma makes flying more difficult

So far the theory holds some water... (for me + my wife)

I have a mild asthma - it occurs when doing heavy excercises or in the nights/mornings. And i have always had trouble with flying. Even when i manage to take off, i usually end up crashing against some building or on the ground, which kills me in my dream and the adrenaline rush wakes me up.

So looks like the theory is somewhat right.

In most of my dreams, flying has come easy for me... Normally I just will myself off of the ground and I can fly easily...I was wondering, when you have non-lucid dreams, are they based on reailty (No monsters, flying, ect) or do they have things in them like that? I'd think it'd be easier, too, for people who have non lucid dreams that normally involve something like flying, morphing into something else, ect, to do those things in a lucid dreams.
