I have a mild asthma - it occurs when doing heavy excercises or in the nights/mornings. And i have always had trouble with flying. Even when i manage to take off, i usually end up crashing against some building or on the ground, which kills me in my dream and the adrenaline rush wakes me up. |

So what have we learnt, then? Use a pump before sleeping I guess.. hmm ... |

In most of my dreams, flying has come easy for me... Normally I just will myself off of the ground and I can fly easily...I was wondering, when you have non-lucid dreams, are they based on reailty (No monsters, flying, ect) or do they have things in them like that? I'd think it'd be easier, too, for people who have non lucid dreams that normally involve something like flying, morphing into something else, ect, to do those things in a lucid dreams. |
