      From waking into lucid dream?

I had went to sleep around 11:30ish and I'd woken up about 1 time before when I woke up the 2nd time at around 7:30..I went back to sleep and I went from wakinginto a lucid dream,....xD....I had lucidity but not as much control..xD....I had tried to summon Remus Lupin 'cause since the movie I've been wondering how I really think he looks like, and 2 tameish wolves came into the little room I was in..When they came in there was almost like a flash and I saw what it said their names were...It was alot of letters with barely any vowels, and I don't remember it..o.o...I petted them ^^;...I then tried again to get Remus Lupin to come into the room by saying that he is coming through the door, and I looked out the door and I saw the one that looks like the one from the movie o.o;...But he wouldn't come into the room! He just continued walking down a hallway..xD....And I think that in the room where I was, it was sorta circular, there was no light in the begining except through the window so I put 3 light switches on the wall..xD..They worked, though. And now I don't know what had happened to the wolves, I guess they just dissapered. and then the dream started to fade quickly and I think it either faded into another, non lucid dream, or I woke up and the other dream was earlier.. 'cause I cannot remmeber that part. Um. So my question is, how did I go from waking to lucid dream without douign really anything, I was awake for only like 3 minutes.

Remus 4 days ago i was sooooo tired...not much sleep for days.
and i went to bed and while i closed my eyes i was already in a dream, yet my conscious was still awake.
There are so many variations between how wake you are and your biorhythm of melatonin and sleep onset.
Sometimes all is just in such a balance that u easely go from falling a sleep into a dream and get lucid.
so much of that has to do with many factors like your melatonin level, and your waking neurotransmitters and how fit you are etc.
Maybe if u had gone to bed an hour earlier or an hour later that whole brain balance between waking and sleeping would be so much different that u wouldnt have experienced this at all! Balances in the brain change the whole time over time.
