You managed to WILD, congrats A lot of people have that getting-out-of-bed in a lucid dream issue for some reason. Kudos for not panicking during SP, I always get too excited and wake myself up, and if it's scary it must be so much worse

Awesome! But why do you think it was hard getting myself up? I heard that hapens when your having on OBE? I tried this again last night...no luck =/

But I am going to keep trying, it was crazy! That's one of the few dreams that have felt, and looked exactly like real life.

Yea, dreams like that, that take place when you think you've woken up or WILD and are in your room are SOOOOO clear!

My only thoughts on it being difficult to get out of bed are maybe the idea of that link, that "I am currently in my bed" that may be anchoring you there. Just the belief that you are and should be in your bed, maybe it holds you back?

I'm not a huge believer in that sort of OBE. I think they are essentially just lucid dreams, just like the one you described. It's not that hard to just float about without a body in a lucid dream, once you've managed to get into it in the first place

well, i am skeptic when it comes to obes, but it sounds like you had a wild. remember, its all in your mind >.< eventually, you will be able to do that and wake up to dreamland, with no heaviness and blurriness. my suggestions are to rub your hands together, don't think about waking up, and touch the roof of your mouth with your tongue. also think, "clarity on", don't say it. you should get the same results as if you actually had said it

i dont quite remember my first times, they were a long time ago. it helps me alot by thinking about doing things, instead of trying to do them. i edited my recent post with some tips. but it takes patience, and comes with time. you will get it and one day be teaching someone else

ahh! haha i always fall out of my bed near the end of my SP experiences.. its so annoying. because altho ive done it 10's of times i always still believe it is real

id say that was a mild lucid dream aided by the state of sleep paralysis.

if you want to experience the most intense OBE experience... Astral Projection
you have to absolutely and most confidently let go of your body whilst in sp... and you will not regret it. Ive left planet earth flying at the speed of sound and then chilled up in space as... as.. ME. no body just me in space being there and feeling my energy surge in every direcition possible and being pulled by gravity in every direction possible

try it... just let go, dont even think about beds... bodys... real or unreal. just let go while in sp and enjoy
