Thread: My first two lucid dreams

My first lucid dream was a DEILD (or a chained dream, I'm not sure), but I didn't do much in it, and it quickly ended.

My second lucid dream was a DILD, also short in duration, but I had one superpower. I could influence matter with some invisible force, I could throw people all over the place. (I was at some kind of terminal.) There was this guy with a can of dogfood in his hands. I made him slam his head into it .

Oh, and are DEILDs and chains the same?
