      Time Dilation...(unrelated to wasup's)

Yea, so anyway, I always seem to get Lucid Dreams when I don't want them. Like yesterday, I was supposed to be getting ready for school () and nodded off (Jeez, what a slacker. ) I became Lucid and tried some stuff, then realised I should be getting ready for school and woke myself up. I spoke to somebody on chat and they said I should have tried Time Dilation. So how do I do this?

I think that it might have been me. I'm rather interested in the concept. Anyways, to answer your question, I think that it's a matter of teleporting into a new dream world entirely while expecting it to not only be that dream world, but that dream world with time dilation. If it can be done at all, it would probably be as simple as that. I mean, I can't think of any other way to do it. It would just be like an advanced form of dream control, if it could be done at all.

Did you not hear him say that it could be me aswell? I was merely confirming that thought because I probably have mentioned it to him in chat.

Maybe it was all a dream.

Well, I did some time dilation in a dream about 4 days ago. I also watched a tv show the day before with time dilation in it... Either way it was kind of odd.

yes.. i have experianced it many times. I have no idea how its done, I just focus on leaving the world, and time itself, and i can do it once in awile (like 2-3 a year).

Well, I completely froze time once in a lucid dream. Time dialation is the altering of time. Either faster or slower than normal.

Its awesome. I've had dreams that feel like that last months (every day you can feel in them). This all in the course of one night.. yes, it can be done.

Oh, I have that all the time, like high-speed/very slow movements and clips in the dream.

No, its not really like that, its more like... you feel as if you are in normal time, and that days have gone by, when in reality, you only have slept an hour or two. This usually works in reverse too where it seems like you only dreamed for a little bit, but you slept the whole night.. I'd call that time expansion.
