WILD results! Am I doing it right?

ok so Last night I really wanted to try to wild..
so I got in a comfortable situation (after 10 mins lol) (normally at this point I get paranoid, and think I Might HH and see satin clearly in my room or something lol) but I told myself, if I laid on my right side that nothing would happen.. (I read somewear that HH's are not necessary to WILD, but help in the visualization prosses?)
anyways I laid my knee on my finger, making a dulling pain anchor.. and it worked fine.. I was laying on my bed... (I know everyone here knows the sensations fell but I will describe it anyways)
      1. it was mainly happening with my hands.. I felt my thumb move about an inch very very very very slowly, but it dint really move.. euphoria fled my body at this point I think lol..
same happened to my other hand.. then all my fingers very very very very slowly began to move.. very very slowly.. it had been 10 mins know..

I started off with my head on a pillow and my right arm under the pillow stretching slightly towards my back.. (My head would not relax and I would not lose the feelings of the pillow ... this greatly upset me.. I dint really notice anything in my legs except heaviness.. then I felt as if the covers under my arms were disinagreating.. I imagined that Under my bed was ontop of a roof and that was my dream.. and that I was slowly falling into it.. I imagined my dream hand (My left hand) pull on the ledge that My right arm was hanging over into dream world.. I imagined My left hand pulling me into there... (Everything was very very very very slow) I couldent move my dream hand fast at all...
And I couldent lose fellings in my head still (its been another 10 mins at this point) and I was still anchored to my felling of pain....
then the pain got worse.. and worse.. and worse.. while I was still trying to pull myself into a my dream... It got to were I couldent take it any more because I dint wana lose my finger over a lucid dream (I was tempted though lol) so I immediately moved my hands (SP dosent really bother me, I just tell myself to move, and I do.. Maybe I never fully experienced SP)

so my question is... Did I do that right? I read Billybobs article like 2 times.. and I know he said WBTB, but my body was felling tiered enough (as this happened so fast anyways)

also when I try to WILD, I fell the effects usually after 10 mins is this good?

      again with more questions lol..
In my Lucid dreams, its really hard to move.. even after I stabilize the dream, and all that.. Everything seems to be in slow motion (when its not really its just me not moving fast), so I Guess my brain thinks its in slow motion and it also puts my voice in a demonic Satan voice, and it scares the shit out of me when I talk so I try to wake up anyways to fix this?

I use the TV as an anchor. I turn on the science channel. It makes me sleepy, but I still notice it. I felt electric sensations and for the first time my whole body except the breast (I mean the actually breast, not boobs, I'm a guy), and then I got overexcited and it ended unsuccessfully. I hoped it was an FA, but no.

I listen to music regularly and every night when I sleep. You could try and do the simplest things, such as wearing socks to bed instead of barefeet to try and notice a difference and thus attain awareness and lucidity.
