the new improved way of flying, works 90% of the time

I have developed this method in an LD I had, it goes like this: All you have to do is imagin a guest of wind lifting you of the ground like a fan beneath you. you can even have it blow on your back to run realy fast! or use it to remove paralysis.

Well, last night I FINALLY had a lucid dream after a 2 month drought...maybe more... Well anyways in this dream I tried to fly and the first time it didnt work, the second time I concentrated REALLY hard and I just hovered right up...

I fly with the great vacuum method. Pull a vacuum out of your pocket and let it take you places.

Instead of moving myself, I move the world. I could never fly until I focused on finding an object in front of me and pulled it twoards me, I move the world relative to myself at first and then I can usually fly around at will.

Here's what happens: I want to fly, I jump up, start flying. Get faster. Get even faster. Keep on getting faster as I rocket out into space. Space isn't THAT interesting after a few times. Although I have seen some crazy stuff. Anyone got a good "how to stop flying" tech? Maybe I can attatch myself to the ground with a big tether. -spoon

I fly whenever I get the chance, but my last couple LDs have been indoors, and they end before I can get anywhere...

I use wings to fly, I just furrow them out and it slows me down, like in real flight of birds and such. It takes a while to learn how to flap wings just right though

y don't u just use a shortcut? e.g. a jetpack trainers wiv jets in them etc. and if u hav problem stoppin and r about 2 crash just make the object disappear or shrink etc. hope these help!

sorry I have not been on in a while I had a big weekend from shool, I have tried the jet pack method but I can;t seem to find a jetpack.

The method I usually use to get off the ground is to raise my arms a bit and just will myself upwards. lso the twisted logic of certain videogames can be used as nice shortcuts. In Mario World a humble cape gives you the ability to fly (yay), so this one time I was wearing my coat in my dream, and I ran so it would be all floaty at the back like a cape, then jumped. It worked just like I expected it to, but I found it difficult to accellerate >.< Jumping from a high place would probably be a good way to start flying, and give you some speed too. Just make sure you don't try this in real life

I used a helium balloon to fly around once. It's not that hard. Just find something that you think will let you fly and it will. Once I dreamed I was helping my grandma carry grocries in, then as I was carrying a pack of Charmin in, I squeezed it and started to fly(though I really couldn't fly anywhere just up and down. The harder I squeezed, the higher I went). Another time I thought I was Harry Potter and I thought my real-life best friend was Ron, and we jumped onto a piece of plastic tubing (like the kind used in fish filters) thinking it was a broomstick and used it to fly. Lol, yeah, weird.
