      trying to test myself.

      i was dreaming that i was at work, i wanted to test myself whether it was a dream or not. i was sat on the freezer looking at everyone and i was thinking what i could do to test it was lucid. i thought id try fly over the oven. i ran and got off the grownd but couldnt keep myself up and came back down to the ground. i tried again but again i couldnt stay in flight. so i decided to go into the kitchen and talk to a friend. i decided i wanted to kiss him so i did. it felt real strange knowing it wasnt real but when it felt so real.

      well it felt real apart from the flying bit cause i knew that couldnt happen in real life.

      it also felt strange looking at my friend the next day lol

      Heh...I know what you mean. It is funny how in our dreams we can experience stuff with people we know and then see them the next day and they have not a clue about anything, but you still give importance to them, kind of as if they were real happenings. I guess in some way they are, but we must learn to differenciate between both worlds when it comes to things like that to keep whatever sanity we have intact...

      oh yes most definitely. there is a line between whats real and what isnt. even if our mind has ways to make it seem real.

      sometimes i get flash backs and for that moment i am remembering something but i cant tel whether it is a flash back to a dream or reality, and afterward usually i have no idea what i was just thinking about. i cant remember the flash back although i can remember what i was thinking abut when i had the flash back. if thats what it is. it doesnt last for long just a few seconds if that.
