I had a lucid without trying

Yesterday when I went to sleep 22:00, for some reason I became lucid. It was quite long dream but I dont really remember much of it. I haven't kept a dream journal or anything related to lucid dreaming because I am currently uninterested in it. I am doing reality checks though, just in case I want to pick it up again. I wish that this could happen every time... having lucids without trying and without doing WBTB or whatever is very comfortable.

I had my 3 first ones without trying, was just thinking about it. No reality checks, no DJ, no dream signs etc; it just happend. But now that I am trying to have LD's I feel like it's easier to get one, I get more control, they're more vivid, I can remember more and they are more likely to happen.

Yeah I first had LDs because I learnt to notice the terror feeling of a nightmare, and realise it was such. I only ever used it to stop being afraid because before I found this site I never realised how far it could go.
