Went to sleep and woke up scared.......

Here's how it went:
I had my first SP and I had a dream about zombies T.T

SP Experience:
I'm in my bed just laying there....
I tried to move but I couldn't, I felt a numbing, painful, ticklish feeling on my back, foot, and arms...
I tried to ignore it but I couldn't stop thinking about it...
My door was open(always locked when I go to sleep) and I saw a shadow of someone coming in.
I panicked and had a dream about zombies after....
