Ok I set my alarm for about 5 hrs after I sleep. I get up and try to concentrate on my breath and saying "1, I'm dreaming." "2, I'm dreaming." I do this for quite a while, but nothing worked. Eventually I give up and tell myself I'm just going to sleep. The next part I'm fuzzy on how I succeeded so any hints would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know if I was seeing hypnagogic images or if I was in a dream. I think it was a dream because there was a storyline to it. I was in a store buying groceries and when I go outside my friends are waiting. I start talking to them. The next thing I notice is I'm back in my room and my body starts floating across the room until it goes up, hits the ceiling, and comes back down. I start getting scared, but remember that I must have done a WILD somehow. I was scared during my entire WILD because this was my first experience. I hear my parents yelling at something, the dog would growl at me when I left the room, so I just spent my WILD in my room. I was thinking illogical and thinking "I'm going to stay in this state forever." It was definitely a scary experience for me, but now that I have one under my belt, I'll know to just embrace it

One thing that would be helpful is having full control of my LDs. I can't never seem to have full control of my environment so any help would be greatly appreciated. Sorry for the long post I was just really excited and wanted to share my first WILD.
