Thread: Mantra induced lucid!

So I had a dream and I realized I was dream thanks to the mantra I had been using!


So I was at my school and I was hanging out with my friends. All of a sudden I heard in my mind "Tonight in the midst of dreaming I will realise that I am dreaming" (a mantra I use through out the day) and then I thought "Hey im dreaming!" So I walked away from my friends and thought that I would try moving things with my mind. (although im not quite sure why I tried this of all things) Likewise I didnt move anything so I went back to my friends and started messing with my friend Austin. I was poking and bugging him and all...Good dream though!

That's great! What kind of chant did you do if any? I mean, did you repeat something over and over in your mind? What kind of mantra did you use?

"Tonight in the midst of a dream, I will realize im dreaming" -as stated!

One I use sometimes when I remember (although after every RC I now say in my mind 3x "I know when I'm dreaming". And I try to concentrate on it to make sure I understand what I'm saying, instead of just saying it and not paying attention.)
