Which tequnique
So I went to bed last night at 11:45 and woke up at 5:30 with a bloody nose. I had tended to my nose for about 5-10 minutes. I went back to bed, fell asleep in a few minutes and had an LD I did an RC and I had 7 fingers on my right hand. I dont remember the dream all too well
because I woke up a few times and went back to bed a few times before actually getting out of bed.
My body didnt go into SP but I was wondering if I did a WILD or WBTBHahaha I just had a lucid dream last night!

I did some research and I tried it again this morning and I had at least three non-lucids afterwords
Hahaha I just had a lucid dream last night!
