      My FIRST LUCID DREAM!

Yep, finally had it. A weeks ago, I went to bed, and around what seemed to be 3 AM had a dream. I was at a party, and went downstairs to find everybody standing, staring at the wall. I stared at the same spot for about 10 seconds, and a clock appeared there. I said ok, no big deal, and did what seems like a long blink (black, then similar setting) only after the blink, it was the same living room, but I knew it was mine this time. I looked at the spot on the wall where the clock was, and it was gone. Poof! Lucid. I went all "HOLY ****" and woke myself up, though

      Thanks,
      Geeome

Seems like you woke up from the excitement Next time, calm down and ground yourself into the dream before you do anything. Usually once you are stable you can be kind of excited and not lose the dream.

x2. You could spin around and rub your hands to increase lucidity. Make sure to focus on the feelings of rubbing your hands though

Thank you And yea, I got too excited. I think the fat guy next to me farted, too, so that didn't help at all.
