Strange but Fun but Lazy Lucid and I think I found my Dream Guide??

I tried yesterday morning, but maybe I was too hungover and tired, it didn't work.

This morning, I tried again around 7 am and i kept inducing sleep paralysis and kept getting lucid by WILD, it was nuts... Here's a summary of what happened.

I was lying in my bed, kept thinking about going lucid and got into SP pretty quickly, I was very aware and consious and although I wanted to fight it, I laid still and went with it knowing my dream would come soon. It felt like under a minute when I was already on my feet and walking around knowing I was dreaming. I started off in my room, did a quick nose plug and was able to breath. For the first few minutes (felt like 15) I just went around and focused on everything. Touched the walls, picked up objects, looked at colors, just took in my dream scene and looked at what my mind had to offer. Then I wanted to have some fun, so I went outside and flew around a bit ( it was harder than usual, and I was more sluggish than I usually am) either way it was fun, I called for my dog at one point and he came running outside from a house but then he kept running and ran away from me, I went to chase him but it was hard to move around. My whole lucid was like this, sluggish and hard to control ( i was also very aware I was in my bed sleeping).

The next few scenes and events that happend I think were semi-lucid. I definitly knew I was dreaming, yet I still went along with what was happening. One point I ended up at a house full of red necks, lol. They were guys with fisherman hats and had horribly crooked teeth. They were nice, but strange. Then I was on a train at some point and I remember looking at the purple sunset outside and I was still lucid but all I wanted to do was watch it and enjoy it, it was like I didnt have much energy to do much else.

Now the dream guide.... Well it was after another false awakening --> SP-->WILD --> lucid, and I was going to leave my bed again and explore but then this lady appeared next to my bed. She was very tall, had a long yellow/tan trendy trenchcoat on that went all the way down to her ankles, she had a "posh" hair cut and was very pretty. Immedietly, I thought she was my dream guide. I asked her if she was, she never really answered but would just smile knowingly. She kept telling me to focus and that she would be here from now on. I think I found my dream guide, I guess I'll see if she comes back next time.

Well, after all of that, BTW it was a full hour of lucids!! It became too hard to hold the dreams and I woke up. I was very groggy when I woke up (like coming out of SP) but excited and decided to get up.

I guess my question is about the sluggishness and lack of energy. I wasn't as free as I usually feel in lucids, I felt like I was always on the verge of waking up and VERY aware that I was sleeping. Is this because maybe I had already slept too much and my body and mind were simply ready to wake up? Or should I have tried some techniques? I did do the hand rubbing and spun, but the problem was not losing my dream, it was very vivid and I had good control (made my eyes turn blue right before my eyes), I dont' know..... suggestions?

Wow, 6 lucids since the begginning of March? Good job.

Anyway, maybe the sluggishness was due to the technique you used. Do you usually try WILD?

As for the dream guide, try saying "show me my dream guide" or something like that the next time you're lucid. If she's the one who appears, I guess you'll know for sure.

Actually I switched accounts because I had to change my email address. It's been 6 since mid-jan

If I do ask that in my dream, she'll probably appear anyways because she's in my head... I guess we'll see
