Thread: Why do I feel like all my Lucid Dreams come from me WILDING?

I know that's not bad or anything but everytime i LD, it's either me just dozing off for a bit and entering a WILD automatically...not even trying to wild. I still check if I'm dreaming or not but I still get reaaallly excited lmao. Then i wake up after like an hour all exhilerated and go back to sleep. Sometimes I forget to write my dream and in the morning I question if i really had a LD or did i just dream it all. Man...Does this happen to you guys?
--random tidbit--Last night I had 2 extra fingers on my left hand and i wanted to stand at the top of the Empire State Building...I made the Joker appear and we made out. Very romantic. XD Wonders of what LD'ing can do eh?!

one more question: how can i not get too excited when i know i'm dreaming?

You should count yourself lucky, man!! You are probably a natural! Does this happen alot? Oh, and to make yourself calm down, slap yourself. Or think of dying puppies. Or you could just tell yourself to. Who cares?

I personaly find WILDs to be the easiest way to obtain lucidity in my experience. all the others were just random. I can't do DIELDs unless I'm was already in a lucid dream. but anyways most people naturaly awake in the middle of sleep period so that could be the case.
