Thud followed by voices - WILD?

Okay so when i attempted a WILD last night i heard a lowd single THUD. It kind of made me jump but i stayed relaxed, i then heard mumbled voices out side my window follow by mumbled voices from my parents room. I asked my parents and they have no recolection of the big bang or voices.

Ive read this can be part of a WILD. Was it? Unfortunally the voices threw me as i thought they were real and they shoock my concentration

Edit: I've just realised ive posted this in the completely wrong place! sorry!

Hypnagogic perception can create things and mess W/ your mind. I suggest you don't let them. FIGHT BACK!

Dont know if this is any help.

Years ago I sometimes would get a loud knocking sound and also a slap on the back even though I was sleeping on my back, this I put down to the fear of me drifting off and waking paralysed!

Since I learned to control the feeling of fear it has never happened.

      Perhaps it is fear?

you have to let yourself go.

Disregard this if you feel it is nonsense as I am new to this forum and only just discovered that i have been Lucid or Vivid dreaming for years!

Not sure how much this will help, but, last night, I woke up ~1-2h after I feel asleep and could feel the bed kinda moving under me in the area where my back was. It was an interesting feeling though Anyways, I would say that fear plays a big part in SP experiences. If you go into SP and KNOW that there is nothing to fear, then you will not see anything and possibly not hear anything either, just some food for though
