Thread: Two interesting things I've noticed in my LDs

Here are are two interesting things I've noticed in my LDs, and I was wondering if others noticed something similar.

1.) A very unusual moon.

Whenever I look at the sky in a LD to see the moon I always see it odd somehow, but in a very beautiful way. It is usually much much larger with a strong glow, and strange colors on it. It also produces a very strong mysterious energy. Sometimes it also looks very "threatening", as if it indicates the end of the world. Very strange, but yes, everytime I've seen the moon in an LD it's odd somehow. Try to look at the moon next time you LD. It's very nice.

2.) Indescribably beautiful cathedrals.

This is probably the most beautiful thing I've ever seen in an LD. When I look at a cathedral or a big church in my LD, it's beauty is multiplied by infinity. It is impossible to put into words how amazing those buildings look in my dreams. But the point is that it's viewed from a distance. I haven't tried to look at them up close. The other day I dreamt I was in another town, and I became lucid and looked down the street to see this big castle. It was just amazing. It felt like I was looking at paradise or something. Something like that simply doesn't exist in reality.

Does anyone have similar experiences?

Any time I look at the moon while in a dream, there is more than one. One time a few months ago I saw it and thought it was some wierd image created by the moon's image reflecting off the earth.

And another dream I had a few years ago there were just 3 moons, one huge one, one normal, and one smaller.

Last night, I had a dream there were two suns. Excerpt:

Twin suns shone over the prow of the boat. I look back at the temple, bathed in an ethereal orange glow. It is time to leave. Our boat accelerates toward the left sun, off into infinity...

Maybe there is something weird about celestial objects in dreams. The temple was of amazing beauty too.. like the "Cathedral".

I'll have to remember to look at the moon next time. But, every time I look at the sky it seems HUGE and is always different colors.

Sometimes when I look at the moon it's moving all over like a spaceship or something only it comes back and loops around so it's always in the sky

Does anyone else see an unusual moon in their dreams?

in one of my lucids there was about 100 moons in the sky some full some half fool.

The last time I had a lucid dream, when I looked up into the sky there was no moon, but every single star and even dream-space-time itself began folding like an origami flower around the space I was looking at.
