I heard another technique to increase vividness , its simply telling yourself
'Increase vividness'
and repeating till you notice changed , but i heard you have to feel in control while doing it,
but i have yet to have had a lucid dream, but i hope it works , ive had a dream about saying 'increase vividness' and it worked , but it wasnt a lucid but i was spinning around while saying it aswell.
