Sometimes I wake up during the night and I just go back to sleep. So this morning when I woke up for a couple a brief seconds I was still tired. So I went back to sleep. I woke up again but this time I realized I was paralyised. I was on my stomach the way I usually sleep. My arms felt like they had needles pinning them. I think I was moving my right spirit arm. Or astral arm whatever you want to call it. My left arm felt like it was about to break free from the SP and it did. My whole body broke free a second later. I got up to sit on my bed. I look at my hands to see if I entered dream world yet. The only thing was, I had no hands. Most of the lucid dream I had I don't remeber. The only part I do remember is that I was in my room and I saw my sister. The room become a war arena. I asked my sister if she was my real sister and not a DC. She said she was my real sister and we both got exicted. When I woke up later I realized that she wasn't even dreaming the same time I was dreaming. I even asked if she had a dream where I was in it today and she said, "No". What do you think about that DC lying to me like that and my experience with the SP please comment.

i'm not totally sure you had a lucid dream, but i guess that you realized you were dreaming when you looked at your hands. i think you should point out when you became lucid in the future.

i have not much experience with LDs but from what I've read on the boards, DCs say/do some seemingly ramdom stuff. also, from the words you chose in your post, i gather that you may believe in 'astral projection,' and that stuff. if you do, then it makes sense that the DC would lie/agree with your potential beliefs. (or past beliefs?) haha i dunno.

sleep paralysis is a trip. i think you should try to WILD on purpose now! that's what i'm doing tonight.

I do try to SP on purpose lol but the funny thing it really does it work when I try to do it deliberately. I think that it's because I'm thinking about doing too much. But when I'm not trying to have one it just happens because I'm very relaxed and I stay real still and I don't quickly go to sleep sometimes. I love WILDing though lol. It was a lucid dream though, even though not the whole dream was. I do believe in astral projection (ap), but I'm not sure if I ever had one. I might have though. I also believe that dream sharing might exist. Well I like to think it exists because it's so cool lol.
