My first LD/W.I.L.D.

So for the past few months I've been trying to wild or even just have an LD and I would either just fall asleep, nothing would happen, or I would forget to RC, ect. So I decided to take a break from trying to LD and wild all the time starting last night. My first dream was somewhat lucid, I had no control but I was aware of what was going on for most of it, my second dream was extremely vivid but I wasn't lucid, and my third dream was almost exactly the same as the first ( which should have been a good sign that I was dreaming) but I didn't figure that out. I then woke up at 10:40 this morning after sleeping for 9 and a half hours, and right away my body felt like it was vibrating through my bed then I heard a loud crack from my jaw. I heard a loud static sound that got louder until it suddenly stopped. Then it turned into weird whispers that were whispering stuff about HI and while this was happening all I could see was static that flashed red, blue, and yellow slowly at first then very fast until it just flashed out into nothing. After that nothing happened. I lied still for a min and tried to make a dream scene, nothing happened so I opened my eyes and got out of bed. Anyone know whats up with that?

Sounds like you were still in SP somewhat, but your body woke up.
