Mushrooms, Death of a loved one, and Conch shells.

Me and a few friends, were wandering around, one of us happened to look like a short fat demon with little wings... umm think sebulba from the new star wars movies, but with no neck red and with little horns, harmless though...

He somehow fell through the floor and into this old ladys apartment, the whole style of the place was old school Japanese, she started chasing him around with a broom screaming someting I dont know japanese =/ so I dropped down and made a broom appear in my hands, and stopped her from striking him... So happens the old lady must have been trined with the naginata when she was younger and started figting me with the damned broom! I faught back but she was GOOD! I didnt want to hurt her so we made our getaway.

Then I saw it, loking out the windows there was a mushroom, a GIANT mushroom... (mebby all the talk of shrooms spurred it) This thing had to be over a 100 stories tall! it was immense unbelevably HUGE! I just stared at it, trying to fathom it... Then I noticed on two sides of the stalk there were these little things sticking out like little sub stalks they were probably in intervals of height just like every floor of a scy scraper. Then I saw it, Water Shot up from the ground through the first lil stalk and it made its way up into the dizzy heights going through each of the little stubs, it looked like it just barely made it to each one but the stub accelerated it up and up untill I could not see it anymore, twards the Monstrous Cap and then a moment later I saw water come down in the same way on the other side it was like .. well hell I duno what it was like it was Bizzare but cool I watched it do this for a while =) then woke up, I should have gone and gotten a closer look but I didnt hink of it.

      ---------

This is speculation becuase I dont remember how I kner her, but the feelings... she had to be the woman I loved, and loved for a long period of time. I did feel old, everything was washed away, I only felt Sorrow, it was one of the most powerful things I have EVER experienced... it sucked, I cried my eyes out banging my fists on the ground, I was not allowed to see her, they just brought her Kimono to me. (again with the Japanese culture)

Words cannot express how I felt...I know some of you do not experience pain in the dream world and I envy you. Sorrow that powerful, it actualy makes your soul hurt... I dont know how else to describe it, and your body begins to hurt as well I was so angry too angry that she had been taken away from me... Someone said, "do not worry, her soul is still with you and always shall be."

I was so blinded by my own misery that I barely knew somone was there, I pounded on the ground screaming and crying, I smashed the slate of the walkway I was kneeling on I put so much energy all the anger and sorow and I cracked it I felt people grabbing at me trying to stop me from hurting myself, but I relised there is no way I should have been able to crack that slate....it was too thick...

I was dreaming... I woke up.

The sorrow and pain are no less real...and it did not go away when I realised it was a dream. This is why I feel the dream world is real everyone. I was hurt to my core and if it were not real I would not have given it a secont thought, but the pain is still there...

I think I understand why my feelings about love are so messed up, it scares me, because I know that I will one day have to feel that pain and sorrow again when they are taken from me. But it would mean that I had a very good thing I guess, you cannot feel love that strong if you do not suffer afterwards...

      Man thats fucked up..

      *mutters*

      ----------------------

      The conch shell

It was a coronation even, this shell was priceless, duno why, or what made it so but I was there to help keep it safe.

There was an explosion but it was a distraction, I caught the shell being taken out of the corner of my eye, I thought it was a shapeshifter for some reason, but I never saw her actualy shapeshift, she was petite with red black hair to her shoulders and in a flight suit of some kind.

      I persued her, I winghopped
Oh yeah hehe I was in a sudo dragon from, basicaly a dragon in a humanoid shape, I walked on two legs etc.
Picture Goliath from the gargoyls cartoon, with a longer neck, bigger wings thicker tail. So I folowed her into the alley.

I saw her dash into a warehouse, she was standing in the middle of the open floor, the far side had a large door opened up to the outside, and near it was a small spacecraft... she obviously wasnt from the neigborhood, She was standing in the middle with her hand in front of her, it looked like she was focusing a ki ball, I could start to see the outlines of it, and the ball itself (looking like heat radiating off the road on a hot day but in a sphere) I go it in my head that if her craft was disabled she wouldent be going anywhere I jumped and dove to her craft and started tearing at it with my claws, she shrieked, obviously I was right. I tore open a panel and started tearing stuff apart, wiring, she ran twards me, (she was definatly pissed off) I took a small grenade and threw it inside the torn open area and jumped off the ship and kept running at me, I held the detonator for her to see and she snarled and started at me.

      *click*

      BOOOM

      oh boy she was pissed.

She chased me out of the wearhouse, and then stoped reached in a utility pocket and threw something at me, it was a disk about frisbee size... but wafer thin. it whirred as it cut through the air, and I know without doubt it would cut through me as well, I ducked and it whisshed by me, curved up into the air like a boomerang and started back, it was fast, I tried to follow it but I got myself dizzy it started circling me growing closer and closer, I took a deep breath closed my eyes.. and listened... I caught it jsut before it sliced into my neck... it came from behind me to the left and arc'd around to the right and would have cut right into me, I opened my eyes and she was staring at me bug eyed, she didnt expect that!

"ok so what are you? , marines, seal, or special forces of some kind?"

I held the disk in my hand and it was made so that it could be folded up the outer edge was the thin shap metal and in the middle was a mylar like metal material you could twist and fold it so it took up very little space, I did so as I walked twards her, I was actually going to give the thing back to her?! I duno why... I replied
      "No, I am Serinanth"
She arched an eyebrow and at that moment a police cruiser pulled up and the dream faded...

      *shrugs*

No I didnt see it, Thanks for the info I will check that out =)

The Musashi I know of, Musashi Moromoto I think it was.
He was a famous deulist, near the end of his deuling days he stopped using a metal sword! he used only a wooden bokken! I duno how true this is but dang thats good heeh, I think he also developed a style of swordfighting that utilised both the katana and wakazashi in unison, florenteine style, he called it twin heavens.

eiji yoshikawa's musashi is a romanticized chronicle of musashi miyamoto's life. its truly an epic. i also have a book written by musashi himself, its called the five rings, he wrote it in his final days while trying to "find himself" in a cave. the five rings is musashi's fighting style and all. its pretty good... also very applicable to present day life. business men use it to read what their competition will do next.
