      2nd DILD, very low lucidity

I had my second DILD last night, but I don't remember a lot about it. What I do remember was that I had a very low level of lucidity. I could not focus and when I tried to stabelize by focusing on each sense, I only remembered two of my senses. I also remember that throughout my entire dream, I had the feeling that I could easily end the dream and switch my focus to my physical body. Lastly, my eyes kept closing throughout the lucid, and they felt really heavy, as if I had stayed awake for a long time past when I usually go to bed. It took a large amount of effort to open them without changing my focus to my physical body. At one point I failed and opened my physical eyes and ended the lucid.

I'd like to wait a bit longer before bumping this, but I would appreciate some answers. In my first and only WILD so far, I experienced the same heavyness on my eyes, and they would close and be hard to open. Does this happen to anybody else, and is there any way to prevent or get rid of it?

On a side note, I had my 3rd DILD the night after. I was inside the old N64 game Aero Gauge, and realized I was dreaming not because I was flying by flapping my arms, but when I fell 6000 feet and didn't feel anything. Anyway, I didn't get the heavy/sleepy eyes thing in this one.

Maybe you aren't 100 percent lucid ...anyways I know what you're talking about. In my first lucid I also felt these heavy feelings ...but not in my eyes ..mostly my body. It felt like I could end the dream at any moment by accident, and I was scared that it would happen. Well, the anxiety from these thoughts woke me up.

So next time just relax, try spinning around to improve your lucidity. Rubbing your hands works as well. Or in real life you could practice being more aware of things, when you see something pretty, like a flower for instance, take the time to really look at it ...touch it ..smell it. Appreciate your senses.

      Hope this helps.
      Lucid dreams, gotta love em.
